340g soft brown sugar
340g caster sugar
255g melted chocolate
113g cocoa powder
198g plain flour
Makes 15 portions
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add the eggs and beat in one at a time.
Mix in the melted chocolate and then mix in the cocoa powder.
Add the flour and then stir until combined.
Pour into a lined baking tin and bake at 160oC for 40 minutes.
Leave to cool, cut into portions and sprinkle with icing sugar.
