Salmon and Prawns with Courgette Spaghetti

 

Our recipe for Salmon and Prawns with Courgette Spaghetti

1 salmon fillet poached in water, lemon, herbs of your choice lemon thyme works best, and salt poach for 8-12 mins depending on the size of your fish.

For the sauce

1 onion fry with no colour
add 1/2 glass of dry white wine
add 1/4 glass of white wine vinegar
reduced till only a tablespoon is left
add 3/4 glass of double cream
bring to the boil and take off the heat
1/4 pack of salted butter cut up small and whisk in 1 by 1
add as many prawns as you like
season and heat on very small flame to hot and sauce will split

for the new pots half cook in boiling water the take off rub on thyme olive oil and rock salt and place in oven 200oc till cooked

Courgette Spaghetti

For this you need a spiralizer to put the courgette through then cook for 30 seconds in boiling water take out and place in some butter and season fry until its finished cooking and serve
