Tagliatelle cooked in a white wine cream sauce with homegrown Swiss chard, finished with roasted pine nuts and Parmesan.

Honey glazed ham hock and a new potato salad with Patrick’s Patch beans, pea shoots and a whole grain mustard dressing.

Patrick’s Patch spinach pancakes with smoked salmon, dill and soured cream served with salad.
