Pan fried halloumi in a walnut crumb, mixed bean Patrick’s Patch salad, citrus dressing and spiced carrot puree.
Green tea poached salmon, grilled asparagus, tomato hollandaise sauce, lemon and herb crushed new potatoes.
Goat, chilli and Patrick Patch greens stew, finished with fresh coriander and served with basmati rice.
