FAQ's
Why do I need to set a password when I first log in?
We have no passwords stored in our database, therefore you need to create one to be able to log in.
I am an existing Reward Card Holder, why haven't I received an email to create my password?
If you do not receive an email, it is because we don't have an email for you in our database. Please email us, with your Reward Card Number and we will add your email address to your account rewardcard@fairweathers.co.uk
When registering as a New Reward Member it tells me my email already exists.
We may have your email address from a campaign we ran or you may receive our e-newsletter but have never become a reward member. Please contact us to tell us and we can resolve this rewardcard@fairweathers.co.uk
Do I just have to have the App to join Friends of Fairweather's?
No - you can join by coming into store and one of our team will help you. We would recommend the app as you will have all your vouchers, offers, purchases and can easily edit your personal details.
Can Friends of Fairweather's be used in Steff's Kitchen and Steff's to go?
Yes - you can scan your app or card in both. Points cannot be accrued but you will be entered in a draw to win a monthly prize instead. Plus you can see what you have purchased to eat or drink.
