We are pleased to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy a Christmas Lunch in Steff’s Kitchen, from Monday 3rd December.

Starters:  Homemade seasonal soup or Mezze platter with dips, cured meats, cheese and pickles.

Desserts:  Christmas pudding with brandy custard, Mince pies with brandy cream or trifle.

Week Commencing December 3rd

Traditional roasted turkey breast with sage and apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets and rich turkey gravy

Vegan sage and apricot nut roast with vegetarian gravy.

Both served with rosemary roast potatoes, braised red cabbage and chestnut Brussels sprouts. 

Poached fillet of salmon in a champagne and crayfish sauce, buttered new potatoes with homegrown herbs and greens.

Beef and mushroom stroganoff with herb rice.

Week Commencing December 10th

Traditional roasted turkey breast with sage and apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets and rich turkey gravy

Vegan sage and apricot nut roast with vegetarian gravy.

Both served with rosemary roast potatoes, braised red cabbage and chestnut Brussels sprouts.

Fillet of sea bass with a caper and herb beurre noisette, parsnip and vanilla puree and Patrick’s Patch greens.

Beef and mushroom cobbler topped with cheese scones and Patrick’s Patch vegetables.

Week Commencing December 17th

Slow cooked beef bourginon, topped with sauteed baby onions, mushrooms and bacon lardons with Duchess potatoes and Patrick’s Patch greens.

Herb crusted loin of cod, Hollandaise with tomato concasse and basil.  Served with creamy pesto mash and homegrown greens.

Beetroot barley risotto with Patrick’s Patch chard, goats cheese, toasted walnuts and pesto.

Our Sunday roasts through December will be turkey and beef!
