Our new head chef Karl Wiggins joined us in June as we headed into the busy summer season. Karl joined us as Head Chef from Pebble Beach and prior to that Gordleton Mill.
Shortly afterwards, we recruited Jonny Toomer to assist him and they are joined by chefs Leon, Adam and Marie.
Since joining Karl has introduced Fish and Chips every Friday using lovely fresh haddock fillets and the range of specials has increased throughout the week, focusing on what is coming from Patrick’s Patch.
A full menu review is underway and there will be some exciting changes in the autumn.
