All our hardy plants are covered by a 5 year guarantee-bring your proof of purchase into the garden centre with your plant and we will happily replace it.

Hardy Plants are described as withstanding temperatures to -15°C (RHS hardiness ratings).  Please refer to the RHS Hardy Ratings website

Applies to full priced plants only.

May not be honoured during extreme weather conditions.

We may refuse a replacement if we believe the plant has not been planted or cared for correctly.  Our 5 year guarantee does not apply to plants purchased on our online Plant Shop.
