How to download Fairweather's Rewards App
Existing Reward Card Holders
- Search for Fairweather's Rewards App in Google Play or the App Store
- Download the App to your phone
- Follow the welcome messages
- Select Login
- Add your email address or customer number into the top box then select Set or Reset password
- You will be sent an email to create your password
- Once created go back into the app, follow the welcome messages
- Select Login
- Add your email address or customer number and password
- You will now have full access to your membership
New Reward Member
- Search for Fairweather's Rewards App in Google Play or the App Store
- Download the App to your phone
- Follow the welcome messages
- Select Register
- Complete the in-app registration
- You will now have full access to your membership
FAQ's
Why do I need to set a password when I first log in?
We have no passwords stored in our database, therefore you need to create one to be able to log in.
I am an existing Reward Card Holder, why haven't I received an email to create my password?
If you do not receive an email, it is because we don't have an email for you in our database. Please email us, with your Reward Card Number and we will add your email address to your account rewardcard@fairweathers.co.uk
When registering as a New Reward Member it tells me my email already exists.
We may have your email address from a campaign we ran or you may receive our e-newsletter but have never become a reward member. Please contact us to tell us and we can resolve this rewardcard@fairweathers.co.uk
