Head Chef for Steff's Kitchen, our busy day time opening café
We are looking for a strong charismatic person who is passionate about creative, quality homemade food and an excellent leader of people.
We need an experienced chef for our very busy 170 seater café restaurant which is open 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week. You will be managing a kitchen team of 5.
We are a well-established destination in Beaulieu in the New Forest and have our own productive garden from where the kitchen receives vegetables and fruit.
We are about to install a pizza oven which will deliver pizzas and more!
We’d love to talk to you if-
You have at least 2 years’ experience as a call order head chef or senior sous chef.
Have an ability to communicate clearly with your team, and be able to demonstrate a healthy balance between managing the kitchen and cooking

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.
Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance culinary skills.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus and optimise food production.
Supervise food service during peak hours, ensuring timely and quality delivery to guests.
Nurture a positive team atmosphere, promoting teamwork and hospitality among staff.
