Refund policy

Products bought in-store may be returned for a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt.

For online orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any items. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
